These Terms govern use of the VividHarbor AI Assistant WordPress plugin and related self-serve hosted services required for plugin functionality.

If you have a separately signed dedicated, municipal, or enterprise agreement, that signed agreement controls in case of conflict.

Service use

• You must use the service lawfully and with proper authorization.
• You are responsible for account security and uploaded content rights.
• You may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

Customer content

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the plugin-connected service.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated responses and analytics may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Billing

Paid plans are billed under your selected self-serve subscription terms. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors.

Availability and changes

We may modify or improve features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
